SES would like to thank all the employers, as well as future employers that hire, train and retain the individuals we work with. We appreciate the partnership we have established working with each of you as we continue to expand employment opportunities for people living with a disability.

Americans with disabilities have the highest unemployment and underemployment rate of any minority group in the United States. According to Carol Glazer, President of National Organization on Disability (NOD) she states, “Employment is the last remaining major gap in the quality of life between people with and without disabilities in this country.” You, the employer, are changing that.

One in five Americans are living with a disability; they are your relatives, friends and neighbors. According to NOD eight out of ten people with a disability are unemployed today, which is a huge loss for our communities. However the employers that work with Southeastern Employment Services recognize this and are working towards a positive change. You are changing those employment numbers. Thank you.
