Our Team

Our team is made up of professionals with expertise in the disability field. They conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity treating people with understanding and compassion. They are dedicated to supporting and increasing work opportunities for people with barriers to employment. Through job development and placement, we will prepare people for employment and help them remain competitively employed. Our dedicated staff will empower and support each individual to become a valued employee.

Each of the 5 counties we work in; New Haven, New London, Middlesex, Tolland and Windham Counties have a team consisting of Program Managers, Job Developers, and Employment Specialists. The majority of the staff live in the community they work in. This creates more employment opportunities due to their knowledge about their community.
