Ticket-to-Work Program
Ticket to Work is a Social Security Administration (SSA) program. It is available to most Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities who meet certain criteria. SSA notifies those who are eligible to participate in the Ticket Program by issuing them a Ticket. For those who qualify the ticket may be taken to an Employment Network (EN) participant. SES is an EN who may be able to work with the individual to help attain the goal of employment. This program is voluntary.
Benefits to the individual include:
- Free of charge services for the Ticket holder
- Assistance with finding employment
- Assistance with improving your earning potential
- The right to go to another EN if not satisfied
